Our co-founders bring complementary backgrounds: Britta's training at Mayo Clinic, where medical second opinions are systematically structured, and Anna's career as a urologic surgeon combined with her personal experience surviving cancer twice.
Together, they identified a critical gap in healthcare: patients facing serious diagnoses struggled to access specialized expertise from leading academic medical centers, while expert physicians were constrained by language, geographic, and administrative barriers.
